Documented process
Warehouse, sorting and packing — our process.
We prepare industrial wiping rags in batches for professional use. Each stage is designed to produce practical pieces without hard components, ready for efficient storage and transport.
Documented process
From recovered textiles to work-ready wiping rags
The material follows a clear workflow. Characteristics may vary between batches because the raw material is recovered textile, so our team checks and sorts every batch before packing.
Textiles are separated by composition, thickness and colour so that each category matches the applications shown in the catalogue.
Buttons, zips, press studs and other parts that could scratch surfaces or interfere with work are removed during preparation.
The material is cut into practical pieces and visually checked before it is included in the batch prepared for packing.
The wiping rags are pressed into compact bales for efficient storage and preparation for delivery to professional customers.
