Prices are shown in Romanian lei. The catalogue shows net value and the estimated price including VAT separately. A commercial quote confirmed by Prime Moment takes precedence over any displayed estimate.

5. Orders

Submitting a form is a request, not automatic acceptance of an order. An order becomes firm after written or telephone confirmation of the product, quantity, price and delivery.

6. Delivery and payment

Delivery time, transport cost and payment method are communicated before confirmation and may vary by quantity and destination.

7. Intellectual property

The website text, visual elements, logo and structure belong to Prime Moment SRL or are used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

8. Liability

Prime Moment works to keep information accurate and the website available but cannot guarantee that every error is absent. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will first be addressed amicably and then by the competent courts.
