1. Delivery
We deliver from stock in Romania, usually within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Timing and cost may vary for large quantities or special destinations.
2. Checking the parcel
Check the packaging on arrival. If it is visibly damaged, ask the carrier to record the issue and contact us as soon as possible.
3. Recycled textile products
Reasonable variations in colour, texture and size are normal for wiping rags made from recovered textiles and do not affect the stated industrial use.
4. Returns and non-conformity
Contact us before any return. For a wrong, missing or non-conforming product, email office@lavete-sibiu.ro promptly with the order number and photographs. The case will be handled under the law and confirmed order terms.
